摘要
电视节目内容监管主要是面向一些特定的人物开展审查工作,及时发现电视节目中这些特定群体的存在,并采取有效的改善措施确保电视节目播出内容符合广电总局制定的相关播出标准规定。本文研究了人脸识别技术在电视节目内容监管方面的应用,设计了基于人脸识别的电视节目内容监管系统的体系架构以及功能模块,对于提高人脸识别技术在在电视节目内容监管方面应用的可行性具有重要探索性意义。
Television content regulation is mainly geared to the needs of certain people to carry out the review,TV shows in the presence of these specific groups,and take effective measures to ensure the improvement in television broadcast content conform to the administration of radio,film and television broadcast standard set by the regulations.This paper studies the face recognition technology applied in the television content regulation,design a TV program content based on face recognition of the regulatory system architecture and function module,to improve facial recognition technology in the TV program content regulation feasibility of the application of exploratory significance.
