摘要
为减小双腔并联压电泵的泵体体积,采用新的设计方法设计了一种新型层叠型双腔并联有阀压电泵。将层叠型与一字型双腔并联泵的泵体体积进行比较,前者的体积为38 400 mm3,后者体积为59 904 mm3,前者是后者的0.64倍。分别以水和空气为介质对2种结构压电泵进行输出性能试验,试验结果显示:层叠型输送气体流量和输送液体压力好于一字型,最大输送气体流量为3 834 mL/min,最大输送液体压力为21.2 kPa;而输送液体流量不及后者,最大输出流量为744 mL/min。结果表明,层叠型结构极大减小了双腔并联压电泵体积,并在输出性能方面有所提高。
In order to reduce the volume of double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump,a new stacked type double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump with a valve was designed by a new design method.When the pump body volume of the“stacked type”double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump was compared with the one of the“one-shaped”pump body,the former is 38 400 mm3 and the latter is 59 904 mm3,the former is 0.64 time of the latter.Output performance tests were carried out for the piezoelectric pumps of two constructions respectively using water and air as the medium,the results show that the gas delivery flow rate and liquid delivery pressure of the“stack type”were better than the ones of“one-shaped type”,the maximum gas delivery flow rate and liquid delivery pressure were 3 834 mL/min and 21.2 kPa respectively;whereas the liquid delivery flow rate was less than the latter,the maximum output flow rate was 744 mL/min.The results show that the“stacked type”construction greatly reduced the volume of the double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump and improved the output performance to some degree.
