摘要
对3根足尺外包冷弯U形钢-混凝土T形组合梁进行受弯性能试验,获得试件的荷载-挠度曲线、应变沿梁跨中截面高度分布模式、钢板与混凝土间的滑移分布特征以及梁的破坏形态,并用有限元软件ABAQUS对组合梁进行了模拟,采用变参的分析方法研究了腹板混凝土和栓钉间距对组合梁性能的影响特征与变化规律。试验结果表明,组合梁的破坏形态为正截面弯曲受压破坏,外包钢未发生明显鼓曲及掀起变形,组合梁具有较高的安全储备、良好的延性和经济性。有限元分析结果表明,有限元建模分析方法准确可靠;腹板混凝土的存在可使组合梁极限承载力提高20%;随着栓钉间距的增大,刚度和极限承载力均减小,组合梁的破坏模式由正截面弯曲破坏转为纵向滑移破坏。
In this paper,a full-scale test of the flexural behavior of three cold-formed U-shape steel encased concrete composite beams has been conducted.The load-deflection curve,the distribution pattern of the strain along the mid-section of the U-shape steel,the characteristics of slip distribution between steel plate and concrete and the failure mode of beams were obtained.And numerical simulation has been carried out by the finite element software ABAQUS.ABAQUS has been applied to analyze the influence of the concrete web and stud spacing on the mechanical behavior of the composite beam.The test results showed that the specimens all suffered from a typical flexural failure,and no obvious drumming and lifting deformation of U-shape steel was observed.And the composite beams had high safety margin,good ductility and economy.The Finite element analysis results showed that the accuracy and effectiveness of the numerical modes were verified.The flexural capacity of the composite beam whose web filled with concrete was increased by 20%.With the increase of stud spacing,stiffness and ultimate flexural capacity were decreased,and the failure mode of the composite beam was changed from flexural failure to longitudinal sliding failure.
