摘要
在我国PPP实践中,国有企业是社会资本的主体,民营企业参与率不高。究其原因,与民营企业自身对PPP项目投资业务不熟悉有关。结合民营企业投资PPP项目的主要流程,阐述民营企业投资PPP项目的市场进入路径、供应实施路径和市场退出路径,以提高民营企业投资PPP项目的能力。
In practice of China's PPP model,state-owned enterprises are the main body of social capital,but the participation rate of private enterprises is not high.The reason is related to the fact that private enterprises themselves are not familiar with the investment business of PPP projects.This paper discusses the main process of private enterprises to invest PPP projects,and describes the market entry path,the supply implementation path,and the market exit path of private enterprises to invest PPP projects,in order to improve the ability of private enterprises to invest in PPP projects.
