摘要
[目的]建立快速高效的头足类物种鉴定方法。[方法]以细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因作为该试验的DNA条形码,分别对冷冻头足类和头足类制品的成分来源进行鉴定。[结果]20份样品中18份能够扩增出特异性条带。通过NCBI数据库Blast工具比对和进化树分析发现,10份冷冻头足类样品的鉴定结果与形态学鉴定结果一致,初步鉴定10份头足类制品样品中以柔鱼为主,有2个与商品标签不符,2份样品未能验证。[结论]DNA条形码是一项高效便捷的分子鉴定技术,可有效应用于头足类冻品及其成分相对单一制品的物种鉴定,为市售相关产品的监管提供较好的技术支持。
[Objective]To establish a rapid and efficient method for the identification of cephalopod species.[Method]In this paper,the CO I gene was used as the general DNA barcoding of this test.The composition of the frozen cephalopods and products were identified respectively.[Result]Sepecific strapes were amplified by PCR in 18 out of 20 samples.The identification results of the ten frozen cephalopods were consistent with the morphological identification results,while the ten cephalopod products were mainly squit,and two were inconsistent with the commodity labels,two samples failed to verify.[Conclusion]DNA barcoding is an efficient and convenient molecular identification technology,which can be effectively applied to species identification of cephalopod frozen products and their relative single products,it provides better technical support for the supervision of related products on the market.
