不同肥料运筹对大白菜产量和品质的影响

Effect of Fertilizer Splitting at Different Growth Stages on Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 我们采用田间小区试验研究了不同肥料养分组合分期施用对白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,肥料养分组合分期施用能显著提高白菜产量,以分期施NPK2处理的产量最高(较常规施肥增产为11.4%),分期施NPK3处理次之。与常规施肥相比,各施肥处理降低白菜硝酸盐含量7.0%~25.8%,以处理分期施NK的下降幅度最大。不同时期施用各种肥料均能提高白菜还原糖含量,以分期施NP、分期施NK提高幅度最大为33.3%,其次是分期施NPK1处理增加27.8%。分期施NPK3处理提高白菜的营养品质,以对还原糖含量的提高作用最大;分期施NP处理和分期施NPK1处理不同幅度提高氨基酸和还原糖含量,分期施NPK2提高Vc和还原糖含量。分期施NP处理明显降低Vc含量;分期施NPK2降低了氨基酸的含量。与常规施肥相比,各施肥处理均降低了大白菜叶片的含氮量,其中降幅最大的处理是分期施NK。各施肥处理对白菜叶片磷、钾含量影响不大,所有施肥处理中只有分期施NP对大白菜叶片养分含量有所提高。 A field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of fertilizer splitting at different growth stages on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.The results showed that fertilizer application splitting at different growth stages could significantly increase the yield of Chinese cabbage,a highest yield produced from the NPK 2 treatment(up to 11.4%)and the second from the NPK 3 treatment.Compared with the convention fertilization,nitrate content of Chinese cabbage was decreased by 7.0%-25.8%,and the lowest was in the NK treatment.Soluble sugar was considerably increased by different treatments,and the highest contents were obtained from the NP and NK treatments.The NPK 3 treatment could enhance nutrition in Chinese cabbage.Amino acid and soluble sugar were increased by the NP and NPK 1,and Vc and soluble sugar were enhanced in the NPK 2 treatment.The contents of Vc was reduced considerably in the NP treatment,while the NPK 2 treatment decreased the content of amino acid.Based on the convention fertilization,different fertilizers treatment decreased the content of N in Chinese cabbage while P and K were relatively stable.Only the NP helped enhance the nutrient contents of Chinese cabbage.
