摘要 为解决传统病毒检测方法灵敏度低、操作复杂、费时费力等问题,研究人员相继开发了基于DNA、受体、聚糖、适配体和抗体的生物传感器,包括免疫传感器、DNA生物传感器、压电晶体生物传感器、电化学免疫传感器、微阵列技术传感器等。这些生物传感器在流感病毒检测方面具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点,因而开发便携式、自动化的生物传感器是未来研究热点。 During virus detection,the traditional methods have many shortcomings,such as low sensitivity,complex operation procedure,as well as the time and energy waste.In order to overcome them,various biosensors have been developed by researchers on the basis of DNA,receptor,glycan,aptamer and antibody,including immunosensor,DNA-based biosensor,piezoelectric biosensor,electrochemical immunosensor and microarray-based technology biosensor,etc.These biosensors show common advantages for AIV detection:fast,sensitive and accurate.Hence,the development of portable and automated biosensors would be a hot research topic in the future.
