摘要
高校辅导员角色在高校现实教育工作中处于尴尬境地,具有"回归性"、"不确定性"、"无边界性"的特点,高校辅导员可以通过加强工作的反思与创新,增强工作的体验性,借助"微型叙事"促进自身成长与提高。
College counselors'role is in an awkward position in college reality education.It has the characteristics of"regress","uncertainty"and"borderless".College counselors can promote their own growth and improvement by strengthening the reflection and innovation,enhanceing the experiential nature of their work and engageing in"micro-narration".
