摘要 在依法治国的过程中,最为核心的内容便是依法行政,行政法相关教育工作是现阶段我国法律建设过程中极为关键的部分。高校所设置的行政法课程在实际教学过程中通过应用案例教学法能够确保学生能动性得以更好发挥。本文在分析案例教学法价值意义基础上,探讨了行政法案例教学中存在的问题,并且针对相应的问题提出了通过应当选用在实践过程中已经审结的相关案例、确保案例教学方式的多元化、增设案例教学课程等措施,为行政法课程教学效果进一步提升提供可靠的保障。 in the process of ruling the country according to law,the core content is the administration by law,and the education work related to administrative law is an extremely critical part of China's legal construction.In the course of practical teaching,the administrative law courses set up by colleges and universities can ensure the students'ability to play better by applying the case teaching method.In this paper,based on the analysis on case teaching value,probes into the problems existing in the administrative law case teaching,and put forward for the corresponding problem by should be chosen in practice has accepted the case,to ensure the diversity of case teaching method,additional measures,such as case teaching course of administrative law courses provided the reliable safeguard to further improve the teaching effect.
