摘要
在国家"一带一路"的倡议下,铁道机车专业人才培养方案应当符合国家经济结构转型的要求,培养大量高素质的技能型人才,传承"大国工匠"精神。笔者剖析了当前学院人才培养方案中存在的问题,进行了基于课证融合的铁道机车专业课程-机车电器教学资源开发的尝试,对结果进行了深度思考,对未来发展提出了建议与展望。
Under the national"One Belt And One Road"initiative,the Belt and Road Initiatives"in the country,the training program for railway locomotive professionals should conform to the requirements of the transformation of the country's economic structure,cultivate a large number of highly qualified skilled personnel and inherit the spirit of"Great power craftsman".The author analyzes the existing problems in college personnel training programs and carries out the attempt to develop the locomotive electrical teaching resources based on the integration of class and certificate.The results are deeply pondered and suggestions and prospects for the future development are put forward.
