摘要
目的研究甲状腺肿瘤患者术后接受综合护理的临床效果。方法2017年1—12月我院对甲状腺肿瘤患者60例开展了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有30例,对照组患者接受甲状腺肿瘤常规护理,观察组增加综合护理,对两组术后1、24、48 h疼痛进行对比。结果观察组SAS和HAMA评分分别为(45.18±3.06)分、(14.12±2.03)分,对照组分别为(51.34±3.24)分、(17.45±2.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论甲状腺肿瘤患者术后接受常规护理和综合护理相结合的护理方式能够缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的情绪,促进患者的恢复。
Objective To study the clinical effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing on thyroid tumor patients.Methods From January to December 2017,60 cases of thyroid tumor were analyzed and studied in our hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing of thyroid tumor,on the basis,the observation group received the comprehensive nursing,and the pain of 1,24 and 48 hours after surgery of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of SAS and HAMA in the observation group were(45.18±3.06)and(14.12±2.03),and the control group was(51.34±3.24)and(17.45±2.82),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of routine nursing and comprehensive nursing after the operation o f thyroid tumor can relieve the pain,improve the mood,promote the recovery of the patients.
