摘要
目的探讨食管异物发生的相关因素及胃镜下治疗的护理配合。方法对105例食管异物患者的治疗进行积极的术前准备,通过术前、术中及术后护理配合,对临床过程进行观察、分析。结果 105例患者中,102例成功取出异物,成功率97.14%,经过医护配合及围手术期护理、沟通,无一例医源性损伤及患者死亡的发生。结论经过术前、术中及术后护理,不仅减轻患者的不良心理状态,利于手术进行,而且使医生的操作得以顺利进行,减少医患、医护之间的矛盾,医护默契配合、护患完美沟通是成功处置各种患者的重要保障。食管异物是各种因素共同作用下发生的,完善的围手术期护理、护患沟通对患者的预后起到重要作用。
Objective To explore the related factors of esophageal foreign body and nursing cooperation under gastroscope treatment.Methods 105 cases with esophageal foreign bodies were treated with active preoperative preparation.The clinical process was observed and analyzed through preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation.Results In 105 cases,foreign body in 102 cases were successfully removed,the success rate was 97.14%.After medical care and perioperative nursing and communication,no iatrogenic injury and death occurred.Conclusion Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing,not only alleviate the patient's bad mental state,but also enable the doctor's operation be smooth and reduce the contradiction between doctors,nurses and patients.Good cooperation of doctors and nurses and perfect communication between nurses and patients is important guarantee for successful treatment of all kinds of patients.The occurrence of esophageal foreign bodies is caused by various factors,good perioperative nursing and nurse-patient communication play an important role in the prognosis of patients.
