摘要
在城乡一体化背景下,合理地对生态空间进行规划并制定相应的管控策略有利于城市可持续发展。生态网络作为区域的生态骨架,是生态空间管控的基础。本文以哈尔滨市市域范围为研究对象,利用系统保护规划方法(systematic conservation planning,SCP)识别核心生态源地、节点与廊道,构建市域范围内的生态网络,并依据生态源地度数、节点度数及整个生态网络的α、β、γ指数评价生态网络的空间连接度,描述哈尔滨市市域现有生态网络的空间特征及稳定性,并在此基础上探讨了市域生态空间布局规划的切入点和管控策略,为市域城乡统筹提供生态空间规划与管控的参考。
Under the background of urban-rural integration,the sustainable urban development requires properly planning of ecological space and suitable controlling strategy.As the ecological bone of a region,the ecological network is the basis to control ecological space.Taking the city scope of Harbin as research subject,in this paper,we first applied the Systematic Conservation Planning(SCP)to identify the core ecological sources,nodes and corridors,which build the ecological network within the city scope.Then we evaluated the spatial connectivity of the network based on the indices of sources,nodes andα,β,γ,and described the spatial features and stability of existing ecological network in Harbin.Finally,on such basis,we discussed the start point and controlling strategy of ecological space layout planning within the city scope,in order to provide reference for city-town integration on planning and controlling of ecological space.
