摘要
宪法意识是人们从宪法的视角出发,在宪法实践中产生的主观的心态、思想、观念、态度、知识和评价体系的总称。将大学生宪法意识的培育与最新宪法修正案的核心价值相结合,将有助于培养大学生的政治及法律理论素质,有利于大学生践行社会主义核心价值观,是全面依法治国战略的重要保障,是推进大学生法治宣传教育工作的需要。
Constitutional consciousness is the general term of people’s subjective mentality,thoughts,concepts,attitudes,knowledge and evaluation system arising from constitutional practice from the perspective of Constitution.Combining the cultivation of College Students’constitutional consciousness with the core values of the latest constitutional amendment will help to cultivate their political and legal theoretical qualities,help them to practice the socialist core values,is an important guarantee for the comprehensive strategy of governing the country by law,and is the need to promote the publicity and education of university students’rule of law.
