摘要
介绍了日本长期护理保险制度的建立背景、基本内容、实施的成效、积累的经验与教训,并提出从扩大保障对象,完善资金筹集机制,统一等级鉴定标准,预防与治疗相结合几方面构建我国长期护理保险制度。
This article introduced the background,basic contents,implementation effect,experience and lessons of the long-term care insurance system in Japan.It put forward suggestions of constructing long-term care insurance system in China from the aspects of expanding the insurance subjects,improving fund raising mechanism,unifying grade identification standard,and combining prevention and treatment.
