摘要
我国公立医院医疗收入主要包括:医疗服务收入、药品收入和耗材收入。随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,医疗服务收入将成为公立医院补偿机制的主要保障。文章借助态势(strengths weaknesses opportunities threats,SWOT)分析法对当前公立医院医疗服务价格管理现状进行分析,论述存在的问题,并提出加强医疗服务价格管理的建议。
The medical income of public hospitals in China mainly comprises medical service income,drug income,and consumable income.With the deepening of medical system reform,medical service income will become the main guarantee for the compensation mechanism of public hospitals.In this article,SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats)analysis was conducted to understand the current situation of medical service price management in public hospitals,discuss existing problems,and propose suggestions to strengthen the price management of medical services.
