摘要
为确保大型商业综合体建筑中庭消防安全,结合审验监督管理实际,对中庭防火分区划分、安全疏散、防火分隔等建筑方面问题和中庭装修区域限制、装修材料、装修过程专业间统筹等装修防火方面的问题,以及防排烟系统、灭火系统、报警系统等消防设施设计方面的问题进行了分析,归纳出中庭存在火灾隐患的主要成因,提出了做好其消防安全工作的建议。
In order to ensure fire safety of atrium in the current large-scale commercial complex buildings,combined with the prac-tice of design review,supervision and management,this paper made a comprehensive study from the aspects of fire compartment partition,safety evacuation and fire separation in the building fire prevention,decoration area restrictions,decoration materials and setting of fire facilities in the decoration,and fire protection,smoke control system,fire extinguishing system and alarm system in the fire protection design.The main causes of the fire hazard in the atrium were analyzed,and some suggestions on the fire safety work were put forward.
