摘要
分别以水/二氯乙基铝(EADC)、水/倍半铝、水/EADC/倍半铝混合体系为引发体系,采用淤浆法制备了丁基橡胶,通过~1H NMR、GPC、全自动滴定等方法考察了反应时间和引发剂体系对丁基橡胶中氯含量的影响,并与商品橡胶进行比较。实验结果表明,以水/EADC为引发体系时,随反应时间的延长,橡胶中的氯元素含量增多;以水/倍半铝、水/EADC/倍半铝混合体系为引发体系时,丁基橡胶中不含氯元素。合理的选用引发体系、适当的反应时间可有效控制产物中的氯含量,以改善工业化的后期加工处理。
The butyl rubber(IIR)was synthesized by slurry method using H2O/aluminum ethyl dichloride(EADC),H2O/Al2Et3Cl3 or mixture of EADC and Al2Et3Cl3 as initiator system.Effects of the initiator system and the reaction time on polymerization were investigated.The IIR was characterized by 1H NMR,GPC and automatic titration,and the properties of the prepared IIR were compared with those of commercial IIR.The results showed that with the reaction time increasing in the system of H2O/EADC,the content of the chlorine in the product also increased,and that there was no chlorine in IIR when H2O/Al2Et3Cl3 or the mixture of EADC and Al2Et3Cl3 was used as the initiator system.By controlling the reaction time and choosing the initiator system,the chlorine content in the butyl rubber could be effectively reduced,so as to improve industrialized post-processing.
