池州长江公路大桥副通航孔刚构桥0号块施工关键技术 被引量:7

Key Construction Techniques for No.0 Block of Secondary Navigational Channel Rigid-Frame Bridge of Chizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge

摘要 池州长江公路大桥副通航孔桥为(110+200+110)m连续刚构桥,位于长江下游主航道区域,主梁采用单箱双室直腹板箱梁,单幅桥面宽16.25m,0号块长12m、高13m,混凝土浇筑方量798m3,采用型钢托架分2次浇筑,节段分层线在梁段中性轴附近位置。型钢托架主要由三角桁片、承重梁、预埋件及牛腿等组成,其中承重架采用塔吊辅助安装,预埋件采用定位模法精确定位,托架安装完后预压。施工过程中,模板分2次安装,外模及底模采用钢模板,内模采用木模;混凝土采用"1台汽车泵+1台布料机"的组合方式浇筑;采取设置冷却水管通循环水进行温控。 The secondary navigational channel bridge of Chizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a continuous rigid-frame bridge with spans of 110,200 and 110 m and it is located in the main navigational channel area of lower reaches of Changjiang River.The main girder is the two-cell single box girder with straight webs,carrying two separated deck each 16.25 m in width.The No.0 block,which is 12 m long and 13 m high,used 798 m 3 concrete.The No.0 block was cast by two times using the section steel supporting frame,with the layer dividing line located near the neutral axis of the section.The section steel supporting frame is formed of triangular trusses,load bearing beam,pre-embedded members and brackets.The load bearing frame was installed with the aid of lifting tower,the pre-embedded members were accurately positioned with positioning formwork,after installation,the supporting frame was pre-loaded.During the construction process,the formwork was installed by two times,the external and base formwork is steel formwork and the inner formwork is wooden formwork.The concrete was cast using a truck-mounted pump and a material spreader,and the temperature was controlled by recycling water flowing in the cooling water pipes.
