摘要
汽车行业轻量化的持续推进和轻量化材料的日趋成熟,铝合金材料作为汽车轻量化重要手段,在汽车防撞梁领域应用比例不断上升。铝合金材质防撞梁相对于高强钢材质的防撞梁加工工艺集成度低、加工效率低。结合铝合金防撞梁结构特点和生产需求,开发一种复合冲孔工艺方案,实现了铝合金防撞梁端头上下层面工艺孔自动化复合加工,同时加工效率和精度大幅提升。
As the light weight of the automotive industry continues to push forward and lightweight materials are maturing,aluminum alloy materials,as an important vehicle lightweighting method,have been steadily increasing in the field of automotive bumper beam applications.Aluminum alloy anti-collision beam relative to high-strength steel beam impact beam processing technology integration is low,low processing efficiency.Combined with the structural characteristics and production requirements of the aluminum alloy anti-collision beam,a composite punching process is developed to realize the automatic compounding of the processing holes on the upper and lower layers of the aluminum alloy anti-collision beam end,and at the same time,the processing efficiency and precision are greatly improved.
