摘要
目的研究忧遁草Clinacanthus nutans的化学成分。方法忧遁草95%乙醇提取液采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、D101大孔树脂、HPLC制备柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-jatrointelignan D(1)、(-)-7R,8S-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(2)、meliasendanin D(3)、(+)-justiciresinol(4)、1,2-双(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯)-1,3-丙二醇(5)、(+)异落叶松脂素(6)、carthamusin A(7)、(3R,3'S,4R,4'S)-3,3',4,4'-四氢-6,6'-二甲氧基(3,3'-二氢-苯骈呋喃)-4,4'-二醇(8)、高丽槐素(9)、肉苁蓉苷E(10)、(+)松脂醇(11)、芝麻酚林(12)、(+)杜仲树脂酚(13)、(+)丁香树脂醇(14)。结论化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Clinancanthus nutans.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from C.nutans was isolated and purified by silica column,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,D101 macroporous resin and preparative HPLC column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as(-)-jatrointelignan D(1),(-)-7R,8S-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(2),meliasendanin D(3),(+)-justiciresinol(4),1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(5),(+)-isolariciresinol(6),carthamusin A(7),(rel-(3R,3'S,4R,4'S)-3,3',4,4'-tetrahydro-6,6'-dimethoxy[3,3'-bi-2hbenzopyran]-4,4'-diol(8),maackiain(9),cistanoside E(10),(+)pinoresionol(11),sesanolin(12),(+)medioresionl(13),(+)syringaresinol(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
