摘要
采用熔融混合的方法制备了热硫化硅橡胶/酚醛树脂绝热复合材料,探讨了酚醛树脂对硅橡胶绝热层的力学性能与烧蚀性能的影响.进行了线烧蚀率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和扫描电子显微镜等检测和分析.实验结果表明:酚醛树脂能使硅橡胶绝热层的耐烧蚀性能、力学性能均有明显提高.酚醛树脂的适宜添加量为20~30份,其中含20份时线性烧蚀率低至0. 07 mm/s;含30份酚醛树脂时力学性能最佳,抗拉强度为2. 37 MPa,断裂伸长率为489%.加入相容剂可以明显改善酚醛树脂与硅橡胶的相容性.通过SEM分析了硼酚醛树脂是以直径约1μm的圆形颗粒分布在硅橡胶基体中.酚醛树脂的加入,使得硅橡胶绝热层烧蚀表面形成一层分布均匀的炭化层,有效提高了硅橡胶的耐烧蚀性能.
A silicone rubber/phenolic resin insulation composite was prepared through molten mixing method.Effect of phenolic resin on mechanical and ablation properties of silicon rubber insulation was investigated.Analyses of linear ablation rate,tensile strength,elongation at break and SEM were conducted and discussed.The results showed that addition of the phenolic resin improves the ablation property of the silicon rubber insulation and the mechanical property of the product obviously.The appropriate addition amount of the phenolic resin is 20~30 phr.The composite with 20 phr phenolic resin shows a best ablation property,whose linear ablation rate is 0.07mm s-1;the composite with 30 phr phenolic resin shows the a mechanical property,whose tensile strength and elongation at break are 2.37 MPa and 489%.The maleic anhydride grafted styrene ethylene butadiene styrene(SEBS)isused as the compatibility agent.The SEM results indicated that the boron phenolic resin distributes in the silicone rubber matrix as round granules with a diameter of about 1μm.Addition of phenolic resin plays a positive role in the ablation property of silicon rubber by forming a homogeneous charring layer on the surface of silicone rubber insulation.
