响应面法优化龙竹竹叶黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化研究 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]研究龙竹竹叶黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化性。[方法]以乙醇为溶剂对龙竹竹叶黄酮(flavonoids from Dendrocalamus giganteus leaves,简称FDL)进行提取,优化了提取FDL的工艺参数,分析黄酮提取物的抗氧化性。[结果]通过响应面分析得出FDL提取工艺的最佳参数组合为:浸提温度74.2℃、乙醇浓度79.2%、料液比1.0∶36.5(g∶mL)、浸提时间3.28 h。在此提取条件下,FDL提取率可达到7. 21%。抗氧化研究表明,FDL对DPPH、O2·-和·OH都具有良好的清除作用。[结论]龙竹竹叶黄酮是一种可开发的食品抗氧化剂。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the extraction process and antioxidation of flavonoids from Dendrocalamus giganteus leaves.[Method]Flavonoids in Dendrocalamus giganteus levels(FDL)was extracted by ethanol as solvent,the process parameters of FDL extraction were optimized and the antioxidant activity of flavonoid extracts was analyzed.[Result]The optimal parameters of the FDL extraction process were obtained by response surface analysis:extraction temperature 74.2℃,ethanol concentration 79.2%,solid-liquid ratio 1.0∶36.5,and extraction time 3.28 h.In the conditions,the extraction ratio of FDL was 7.21%.Antioxidant studies showed that FDL had a good scavenging effect on DPPH,O 2·-and·OH.[Conclusion]Flavonoids from Dendrocalamus giganteus leaves is a kind of food antioxidant which can be developed.
