摘要
针对军用飞机修理模式的选择问题,提出了一种基于直觉模糊集和证据理论的多属性群决策方法。通过分析典型修理模式特点,确定了合理的决策属性。为细化模糊表达,采用直觉模糊数描述专家关于属性的评价值,更加符合判断实际;针对属性权重,利用直觉模糊熵确定客观权重,并根据决策偏好,利用偏好系数加以综合,以缓解主客观权重冲突;为合理确定专家权重,在属性层面利用证据冲突度进行区分,并根据犹豫度加以修正;为有效集结决策信息,根据直觉模糊特性构造Mass函数进行证据合成。实例验证了该方法的合理有效性。
Aiming at the selection of military aircraft repair mode,a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and evidence theory is put forward.By analyzing the characteristics of typical repair mode,reasonable decision attributes are determined.In order to refine the fuzzy expression,the intuitionistic fuzzy number is used to describe the evaluation value of attribute given by expert,and it is more in line with the judgment.For the attribute weights,the objective weight is determined by the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy,and the preference coefficient is used to reduce the subjective and objective weight conflict according to the decision preference.In order to reasonably determine the expert weights,the evidence conflict degree is used to distinguish and the hesitating degree is used to revise at the attribute level.In order to effectively assemble the decision information,the Mass function is constructed according to the intuitionistic fuzzy characteristic.An example is given to demonstrate the rationality of the method.
