摘要
目的探讨研究临床上运用依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果和其的不良反应。方法将2016年2月—2018年2月在该院收住入院并接受治疗的200例糖尿病肾病患者,根据治疗方案的不同,随机分为实验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),对比分析两组患者的各项指标以及治疗有效率。结果实验组和对照组对比差异显著,可比性强,临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组;且24 h蛋白尿的含量及24 h尿蛋白排泄率过滤下降趋势优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病,高效安全,临床绩效稳定,考核性强,值得在临床应用推广。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of enalapril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 200 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,100 patients in tuch group and various indexes and treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The difference between the two groups was obvious,with strong comparison,and the clinical treatment effective rate was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the content of 24 h proteinuria and decreasing trend of 24 h urinary protein excretion rate filtration were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The enalapril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is effective and safe,and the clinical performance is steady,with strong examination,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
