摘要
目的探讨利格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法选取该科2017年2月—2018年2月收治的老年糖尿病患者134例,随机分为两组各67例,对照组给予阿卡波糖,观察组给予利格列汀联合阿卡波糖,比较疗效。结果观察组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组13.4%(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者采用利格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗,可有效控制血糖水平,降低低血糖等不良反应的发生,值得应用。
Objective To study the curative effect and safety of trajenta and acarbose in treatment of senile diabetes.Methods 134 cases of senile diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 67 cases in each,the control group were treated with acarbose,while the observation group were treated with trajenta and acarbose,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(7.5%vs 13.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The trajenta and acarbose in treatment of senile diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose level,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia,which is worth application.
