酵母菌在水产养殖中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 酵母菌作为一种极为宝贵的微生物资源,在净化水质方面已得到广泛应用。酵母菌富含蛋白质、维生素、生长因子等营养物质,可以用作水产动物饵料添加剂。目前的研究表明,酵母菌还能用作疫苗的制备;酵母菌可除腥,起呈味作用。另外,在水产养殖上,近年来由酵母菌引起的感染病例急剧增加,其治疗也比较困难。文章总结了酵母菌在净化水质、作为水产饵料、制备疫苗、除腥等多方面的功效,指出酵母菌具有一定的经济效益,并且较为详细的阐述了酵母菌在水产养殖上产生的一些常见问题及危害,同时也对酵母菌的进一步研究进行了展望。 As a very valuable microbial resource,yeast has been widely used in purifying water quality;Yeast is rich in protein,vitamins,growth factors and other nutrients,and can be used as food additives for aquatic animals.Current studies have shown that yeast can also be used as vaccine preparation.Yeast can deodorize and produce flavor.In addition,in aquaculture,the number of infected cases caused by yeast has increased sharply in recent years,and its treatment is difficult.This article summarized the efficacy of yeast in purifying water quality,serving as food for aquatic products,preparing vaccines,deodorizing and so on,and pointed out that yeast had certain economic benefits.The common problems and harm of yeast in aquaculture were discussed in detail,and the further research of yeast was also prospected.
