摘要
针对某铁路轴承外圈仿形辗扩中出现端面毛刺折叠现象,导致废品率高,存在质量隐患的问题,对原辗扩模具进行分析。原模具刚度不足,辗扩时模具不稳定且辗压辊受力偏斜,外圈两端金属流动不均;优化设计新的辗扩模具,将辗压辊改为非对称结构,增大局部尺寸以改善应力集中,改进辗压轮结构。优化后的模具应用效果良好,废品数量减少70%以上。
The burr folding on end face during profiling rolling of outer ring of rail^vay bearings rate,resulting in hidden quality problems.The original rolling mould is analyzed.Due to insufficient rigidity of original mould’the mould is unstable and loaded rolling roller is skewed during rolling process’and the metal flow at both ends of outer rings is uneven.The new rolling mould is designed optimally.The structure of rolling roller is changed into asymmetry’and the stress concentration is decreased by increasing local size.The structure of rolling wheel is improved.The optimized mould has good application effect’and the quantity of waste prduced is more than 70%.
