摘要
针对Hertz型点接触参数理论计算复杂的问题,通过理论分析和数值拟合,给出了点接触曲率函数与接触椭圆率的关系。利用接触曲率比函数直接计算出接触椭圆率,不需要查表和插值计算接触椭圆率的过程,使接触计算变得相对简化。最后以深沟球轴承为例进行了实例分析,结果表明,3种点接触参数近似计算方法的结果接近。
Aiming at complex theoretical calculation of Hertzian point contact parameters,the relationship between point contact curvature function and contact ellipticity is given through theoretical analysis and numerical fitting.The contact ellipticity is calculated directly by using contact curvature ratio function,and not required by table look-up and interpolation calculation,which makes the contact calculation more simplified.Finally,a deep groove ball bearing is taken as an example for analysis.The results obtained from three kinds of approximate calculation contact parameters are close.
