摘要
目的探讨应用微信辅助教学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法所有研究对象分为观察组和对照组。观察组为解放军总医院第一附属医院2017级临床医学五年制实习学生共20名。观察组学生进行微信辅助教学,教学时间为2017年1月~6月,共计80学时。对照组为该院2016级临床医学五年制实习学生共20名,采用传统教学法,学时数与实验组相同。对学生的理论知识以及病例分析能力进行考核,采用t检验及描述性统计学方法进行数据分析。结果观察组考试成绩较对照组有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组95%的学生认为微信辅助教学提高了学习兴趣,扩宽了学习渠道,90%的学生认为该方法促进教学内容的掌握。结论将微信辅助教学引入耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学实践中,提升了教学效果,增加了学生学习兴趣。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of applying WeChat in clinical teaching of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.Methods All the five-year-program medical students in the Third Military Medical University were divided into the observe group and the control group.Twenty students of grade 2017(the observe group)received teaching with Wechat.Twenty students of grade 2016(the control group)received normal teaching.The total teaching time was 80 hours for each student.Students'theoretical knowledge and case analysis ability were surveyed.Student's t test and the descriptive statistics were used in the statistical analyses.Results Test scores of the observe group are better than that of the control group(P<0.05).95%of the participants in the control group found the method of teaching with Wechat can enhance the interest and approaches in learning;90%of students in the control group think the teaching with Wechat is favourable to grasping the teaching contents.Conclusion After applying the teaching with Wechat,the efficacy of clinical surgical practice teaching was significantly promoted,including pre-class preparation,teaching materials and feedback,and increased the students'interest in learning.
