摘要
目的干燥综合征是一种主要累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,该病具有较高的发病率、逐年呈上升趋势,主要表现口干、眼睛干,目前唾液腺动态显像是当前临床针对诊断干燥综合征的重要检查方法。探讨干燥综合征患者在核素唾液腺动态显像中对不同的病灶进行诊断,为临床患者分别了解腮腺及颌下腺摄取、排泄功能、损伤程度及治疗后、疗效判断提供简明评价方法。方法选取2015年8月至2016年8月在院32例干燥综合征患者利用唾液腺核素99mTc O4-动态显像并在体外使用SPECT/CT连续动态扫描。结果通过我们医护人员全程优质的健康宣教及熟练的技术操作完美结合以及患者在检查中的主动配合,使SPECT/CT唾液腺动态显像图像清晰,可观察到唾液腺的形态大小、同时还可以了解到摄取分泌及通过唾液腺导管排入口腔的情况。结论 32例干燥综合征患者利用唾液腺核素99mTc O4-动态显像与临床诊断符合率达85%取得了满意效果、值得推广。
Objective Syndrome's syndrome is a major involvement of exocrine glands chronic inflammatory autoimmune diseases,this diseases has high morbidity,is on the rise year by year,mainly dry mouth,dry eye.Current clinical diagnosis of salivary gland scintigraphy is the important method of syndrome's syndrome,may be used for different lesion diagnosis.Study on radionuclide in patients with Sjogren's syndrome salivary gland scintigraphy in the diagnosis of different lesions for Clinic patients were understanding and uptake,excretion function of submandibular gland Parotid gland,the degree of injury and treatment,clinical judgment provides a concise evaluation method.Methods Method 2015 August-August 2016 in 32 patients with Sjogren's syndrome in patients with salivary gland 99mTcO4-radionuclide dynamic imaging and use SPECT/CT continuous dynamic scan in vitro.Results Through our medical staff quality health education and the perfect combination of skilled technical operation as well as the patient's active cooperation in examination,clear SPECT/CT salivary gland scintigraphy images,can be observed in morphology of the salivary glands,but can also learn to get secreted and salivary gland duct into the oral cavity.Conclusion 32 patients with Sjogren's syndrome in patients with salivary gland 99mTcO4-radionuclide dynamic imaging and clinical diagnosis rate of 85%has achieved satisfactory results,it is worth promoting.
