摘要
目的对比分析输尿管镜碎石取石术与后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗单侧输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的单侧输尿管上段结石患者120例,按不同治疗方法分为输尿管镜组(共56例)和后腹腔镜组(共64例),比较两组手术时间、结石清除率和术后状况。结果后腹腔镜组手术时间短、结石清除率高,与输尿管镜组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访3~12个月经超声检查无结石残留,患者症状消失或明显缓解。结论输尿管镜碎石取石术与后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗单侧输尿管上段结石均安全、有效,但后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术手术时间短,可一次手术完全清除结石,整体疗效更佳。
Objective Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy and posterior laparoscopic ureterolithotomy in the treatment of unilateral ureteral calculi.Methods Collected 120 cases of unilateral ureteral calculi in our hospital,divided into ureteroscopy group(56 cases)and retroperitoneal group(64 cases)according to different treatment methods.The operation time,stone clearance rate and Postoperative condition.Results Compared with ureteroscopy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative follow-up of 3-12 months by ultrasound without stones,patients with symptoms disappeared or significantly alleviated.Conclusion Ureteroscopic lithotripsy and posterior laparoscopic ureteroscopy for the treatment of unilateral upper ureteral calculi are safe and effective,but after laparoscopic ureteroscopy stone surgery time is short,can be a complete removal of stones,the overall effect is better.
