摘要
自从Kaplan和Norton创建平衡记分卡以来,在绩效考核方面做出了巨大的贡献。本研究试图从平衡计分卡在我国的应用现状以及存在的问题入手,给我国服装企业提出具体对策和建议。
Since Kaplan and Norton created the balanced scorecard,they have made great contributions to the performance appraisal.This article attempts to start with the application status and existing problems of the balanced scorecard in our country,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for our country’s clothing enterprises.
