摘要
根据小型电爆阀的结构组成及动作特点,建立了可反映电爆阀动作过程中火工品耦合燃烧、滑阀与阀腔间剪管及挤压密封等过程的数值模型。试验研究结果表明,模型计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,可用于小型电爆阀动作过程影响因素数值模拟研究。
According to the composition and actuation process of the small explosively actuated valve,a numerical model which accounts for squib pressure-dependent combustion,tube cutting and squeeze sealing between the pistion and valve bore was presented.The experimental results show that the simulation outputs of the model and experimental results match well,the model can be used for the research of the actuation process of the explosively actuated valve.
