摘要
胃癌发病率、死亡率较高,预后也较差,由于早期筛查在我国尚未普及,且我国胃癌多以进展期胃癌为主,确诊时一般病程较晚,即使手术切除疗效也差,术后复发率也较高,对进展期胃癌围手术期给予综合治疗,不仅可以起到缩小肿瘤和淋巴结,降低肿瘤T/N分期,同时也增加了手术R0切除率,从而提高患者生存期,改善患者生活质量,虽然围手术期治疗越来越受人瞩目,但目前仍缺乏相应的治疗标准,文章就进展期胃癌围手术期治疗作简要阐述与探讨。
The morbidity and mortality of gastric carcinoma were higher,and the prognosis was worse,and since early screening had not been popularized in our country and the majority of gastric cancer in China was mainly advanced gastric cancer,the disease course were late,so the recurrence rate was higher,the comprehensive treatment for advanced gastric carcinoma during the perioperative period could not only reduce the tumor and lymph nodes,T/N staging of the tumor,but also increase the surgical R0 resection rate,in order to improve the patients'survival time and life quality.Although the perioperative treatment was gaining more and more attention,the treatment standards was still relatively scarce,so the article described and discussed perioperative treatment for advanced gastric cancer.
