摘要
临床实践指南的实用性体现在其一目了然、简洁适用的文本基础之上,指南对实际临床问题做出的解答和指导关键在于将临床研究证据形成切实可行的行动方案。目前有关指南制订过程的步骤和方法学均已成熟且规范,如何具体撰写及呈现明确清晰的推荐意见尚无统一标准。指南推荐意见文本描述应清晰准确,内容具有可行性,措辞简明扼要,呈现形式突出明显,易于辨识,上下文中并要保持一致。
The practicality of the clinical practice guide is based on its clear and concise text.The key to the guideline's answering and guiding the actual clinical problems is to form a practical action plan for clinical research evidence.At present,the steps and methodologies for the guideline development process are mature and standardized,but there is no uniform standard for how to write and present clear recommendations.The text of the guide recommendation should be clear and accurate,the content is feasible,and the wording is concise and unambiguous.The presentation is prominent,easy to identify,and consistent in context.
