摘要
血液辐照器利用放射线对血液进行辐照,以有效灭活血液中具有免疫活性的T淋巴细胞,是目前经临床验证的最有效的预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主病(TA-GVHD)的方法,其采用电离辐射抑制淋巴细胞的增殖能力,同时保持待输注血液组分的完整性。在我国,血液辐照器大部分采用钴源(^(60)Co)或铯源(^(137)Cs),然而随着社会对核安全越来越重视,X射线代替γ辐射源对血液进行辐照很可能成为一种趋势。为此,就血液辐照器技术的基本现状及今后的发展趋势予以综述。
The blood irradiator used radioactive rays to irradiate blood so as to effectively inactivate T lymphocytes with immunologically active in the blood,and it is the most effective method that has passed clinical verification in preventing"transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease"(TA-GVHD)at present.It adopted ionizing radiation to inhibit the proliferation ability of lymphocytes.And at the same time,it can keep the integrity of the blood components that were waiting to be transfused.In our country,the most of the blood irradiators adopted cobalt source(Co)or cesium source(Cs).However,with the more and more emphasis of society on nuclear safety,it is likely that X-ray instead of gamma-ray radiation source to irradiate blood will become a trend.Therefore,this article summarizes the basically current status of the blood irradiator and it's development trend in future.
