摘要
化学教育专业硕士是培养高层次应用型基础教育人才的重要途径,教师职业的核心能力是教学能力.文章以提高教学能力为目的,从课堂教学、教学实践、技能大赛和毕业论文4个维度对化学教育硕士培养过程进行优化改革,并在具体教学中实施,取得一定成效.
Training of master students in chemical education is an important path for the cultivation of talents with capability in both education and applicable skills.The core competence of teachers′responsibility is the teaching ability.In this article,with a purpose to improve the teaching ability,we reformed the process of training master students of chemistry education through four dimensions,including classroom teaching,teaching practice,competitive skills and graduation thesis.Substantial results regarding the effect of these factors have been achieved through our teaching practice.
