摘要
设计了一款基于集成无源器件(IPD)技术的小型化无反射带通滤波器。它区别于传统滤波器最大的特点是它将阻带信号吸收掉而不是反射回信号源,可以极大的提高电路的线性度。在无反射高低通滤波器的电路拓扑结构下,采用串联形式,完成了具有超宽带的无反射带通滤波器的建模与仿真。该滤波器中心频率为2.03 GHz,中心频率处的插入损耗小于1d B,BW_(-3d B)≤1.91 GHz,回波损耗≥8.5 d B,带外抑制峰值≥14.47 d B,整体尺寸仅为1.6 mm×1.25 mm×0.3 mm。通过仿真实验,验证了串联方式的无反射带通滤波器的可行性。
A miniaturized reflectionless band-pass filter based on integrated passive device(IPD)technology was designed.The biggest feature different from the traditional filter is the stop-band signal instead of reflecting back to the signal source,which can be absorbed to improve the linearity of the circuit greatly.The cascaded low-pass and high-pass reflectionless filters were used to complete the modeling and simulation of the UWB(Ultra Wideband)reflectionless band-pass filter.The center frequency of the bandpass filter is 2.03 GHz,the insertion loss at the center frequency is less than 1 dB,the bandwidth at 3 dB insertion loss is less than 1.91 GHz,the return loss is always greater than 8.5 dB,the out-of-band suppression is greater than 14.47 dB,and the overall size is only 1.6 mm×1.25 mm×0.3 mm.Through simulation experiments,the feasibility of cascaded reflectionless band-pass filters was verified.
