风电汇集电网500 kV降压运行线路启动方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对锡林郭勒盟西部电网处于系统末端、大规模风电汇集,公用变电站调压手段匮乏、电压偏高且波动剧烈,以及500 kV线路降压运行充电功率大给东苏220 kV输变电工程启动带来困难等问题,综合考虑网架结构、风电出力、无功补偿等因素提出了启动控制措施,利用区域风电场动态无功补偿装置参与系统调压,并通过仿真验证了该方法的可行性,在此基础上制定了启动方案,保证了工程的顺利启动。 The west power grid of Xilin Gol is at the end of the system,with large scale wind power collected,and lack of voltage adjustment means for high voltage and intense fluctuation in public substation,and the difficulties in the starting of 500 kV line with high charging power to Dongsu 220 kV transmission and transformation project.Put forward the control measures considering the network frame structure,wind power output,reactive power compensation and so on.The dynamic reactive compensation device of the regional wind farm was involved in the system voltage regulation,and the feasibility of the method was verified by simulation.On this basis,the starting scheme was formulated to ensure the smooth start of the project.
