摘要
随着我国畜牧业由以往的散养模式逐渐转变为大规模集约化养殖模式,各种应激已经成为影响家畜正常生长和生产的重要因素。研究动物抗应激机理首先需要建立动物应激模型。本文重点阐述了国内外建立动物氧化和免疫应激模型的新近研究概况,旨在为我国动物应激模型的建立和相关研究提供依据与参考。
With the animal husbandry gradually shifted from the scatter breeding to large-scale intensive aquiculture in our country,stress responses have become one of the most important factors affecting livestock growth and production.In order to study the metabolism of anti-stress,establishing animal stress model is the top priority.This paper focuses on the recent research of animal oxidation and immunological stress models at home and abroad,aiming at providing references for the establishment of animal stress model in China and related research.
