摘要
随着环境保护日益受到国家和社会的高度重视,环境监测与环境影响评价在环境保护方面起到的作用越来越明显。本文介绍了环境监测与环境影响评价的基本情况,从分析两者关系入手,探讨两者在环境保护中的重要作用以及存在的问题,提出有针对性的建议,希望能为完善我国环保体系建设起到一定帮助。
With the increasing attention from the state and social,environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment play a more and more important role in environmental protection.This paper introduces the basic situation of environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment,starting from the analysis of the relationship between the two,to discuss the important role both in environmental protection and the existing problems,put forward some suggestions,hoping to make some help for perfecting the construction of environmental protection system in China.
