摘要 深部矿井硐室高温是煤矿六大灾害之一,进行降温保证硐室设备安全运行对于煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。首先分析了煤矿硐室热量来源,建立基于常微分方程的数学和物理模拟模型,通过模型对煤矿硐室实施增大风速、降低入口温度降温措施进行效果分析。研究结果表明,硐室内温度场分布特征受风流场的影响,在连接处已形成涡流(高温区);硐室内温度随着入口风速的增大而降低,随着风流的增大而降低;将风速由原来的1.68 m^3/s增大到4.52 m^3/s,入口处温度由294.6 K降到291.4 K,能够明显改善降温效果,为矿井硐室降温提供了理论指导和技术支持。 Deep mine chamber high temperature is one of the six major coal mine disasters and cooling chamber to ensure the safe operation of equipment is of great significance for the safe production of coal mine.In this paper the coal mine chamber heat source is analyzed,the mathematical and physical simulation model based on ordinary differential equations is set up and the effects of increasing the wind speed and lowering the temperature of the entrance are also described based on model.The results show that temperature field distribution of chamber is affected by the airflow field and the eddy current is formed at the junction(high temperature area),and also the chamber temperature decreases with the increase of the inlet temperature and the airflow.When airflow speed increases from 1.68 m 3/s to 4.52 m 3/s,the inlet temperature is reduced from 294.6 K to 291.4 K,and the cooling effect can be significantly improved,which provides theoretical and technical support for mine chamber cooling.
