摘要
综述了环己烯直接水合制环己醇的研究进展,重点介绍了水合催化剂、反应器型式、添加有机溶剂的研究现状与存在的问题。针对环己烯与水的互溶度低、反应速率和平衡转化率受限的问题,讨论了有机添加剂在改变环己烯液-液分布所起的重要作用,提出了开发高效水合催化剂及改变环己烯-水油分散系数是今后的研究方向。
The research progress of direct hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol is introduced,current situation and existing problems of catalyst,reaction device and the addition of organic solvents are focused on.The reaction rate and equilibrium conversion rate are limited due to the low solubility of cyclohexene and water.Organic additives play an important role in changing liquid-liquid distribution coefficient of cyclohexene are discussed.The development of efficient catalysts and the change of the water-oil dispersion coefficient are proposed and should be given more attention and deeply research.
