摘要
为提高我校环境科学专业毕业实习质量,根据实习过程中存在的问题,多举措增强教学水平,引入了国内其他高校优秀教育资源以及多元化的教学方式,大大提升了学生基础专业技能。以一流学科的专业效应和对口人才培养为切入点,促进了实习基地建设、维护和科学有效管理机制形成。考核方式的全面化等一系列积极的改革探索,提高了学生的专业综合素质,为培养合格的西藏环保人才献言献策。
In order to improve the quality of environmental science by graduate practice,according to the practical problems in the process,advantages are used to enhance the level of teachers.The introduction of excellent educational resources and the diversification of teaching methods,have promoted the students learning foundation and skill.To promote the construction of the practice base,form a scientific management system with the effect of the top disciplines and the training of counterpart talents,reform and exploration of the transformation of assessment methods are completed.These enhance the students’professional comprehensive quality,and present suggestions to ensure the effective output of environmental protection talents in Tibet.
