摘要
以Proteus仿真软件为平台,以89C52单片机为控制核心,利用多种传感器实现路线检测自动寻迹、避障、测速和寻光等功能。设计了一款教学用机器人智能小车。结果显示,基于单片机的智能小车各模块的电路设计合理,控制软件程序精确稳定,可实现智能小车的各种功能。通过使用Proteus仿真软件完成电路的设计仿真与程序调试,大幅度减少了机器人教学中硬件的设计制作成本和操作难度。同时,仿真实验便于实验内容扩展,便于学生自行实验,不受实验场地约束,破解了实验时间、地点的难题。Proteus仿真软件在机器人教学中具有重大意义,值得推广和利用。
A novel smart car,was designed to use as the teaching robot.The robot used Proteus simulation as the programming tool and microprocessor 89C52 as the core controller.A variety of sensors were employed to endow the smart car with the multifunctionalities,such as path planning,automatic tracking,obstacle avoiding,speed detection,and light searching,etc.The results show that the design of each module of the smart car based on microprocessor is reasonable,the control software program is accurate and stable,and various functions of the smart car can be realized.The cost on hardware design and the difficulty in the operation of teaching robot were significantly reduced through the circuit design and program debugging with the Proteus simulation.Experiment item is easy expanded by simulation,and students can do it by themselves.The experiment time and location are flexible.Proteus simulation is a useful method in robot teaching and its potential applications are worthy of attention.
