摘要
液压式推料器目前在生活垃圾焚烧炉排炉进料系统中应用广泛,其设计原理或设备均来自欧美及日本等垃圾焚烧发电技术发达国家,国内许多设计照搬国外理念,没有充分考虑我国垃圾的特性,在实际运行中常遇到阻力太大、无法前进导致推料机上翘而损失液缸及机械设备的情况。文章分析了故障产生的原因,提出对推料器固定导向滚轮改进的方法,从而保证垃圾进料系统稳定持续运行,提高垃圾焚烧电厂的生产效率。
Hydraulic feeder is widely applied in the feeding system of municipal solid waste grate incinerator,its design principle or equipment is sourced from European or Japan,the waste incineration power generation technology developed early in those countries;A lot of concept is according to the foreign waste,without any re-design and consideration on the Chinese real waste characteristics,in the actual operation process,some fault happened on the feeder,the feeder can’t move forward when the waste weight is over load,and the cylinder head of feeder will lift,it damages the hydraulic cylinder and relevant equipment.This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of failure,and find the method to improve the fixed guide wheel of feeder,so as to ensure the feeding system stable operation,and raise the efficiency of the waste incineration power plant.
