摘要
构建实习点评价体系,要坚持实事求是、过程与结果相结合、多方评价的原则。在内容上,既要评价实习点条件,又要评价实习点效用。评价主体应当是多元化的,实习点、学生、学校、社会都应当参与评价。对于评价内容,要赋予恰当的分值和比例。对于构建实习点评价体系面临的困难,可通过完善实习点评价体系、加大人员经费投入、落实事后监督、加强宣传等途径进行解决。
Internship site evaluation system is built in the principle of being practical and realistic,the process and result,and multiple evaluations.Not only the conditions but also the effectiveness of the internship site needs evaluating.The subjects of the evaluation should be diversified,including the internship site,students,school and society.The scoring of this system should be appropriate as well.It is suggested that improving the evaluation system carried out by increasing the input of personnel and expenditure,confirming the post supervision,and reinforcing the propagandizing.
