摘要
在"精准扶贫"的大背景下,帘溪村的思想政治教育工作还存在偏于形式化、利益化、队伍建设滞后等问题。造成这些问题的原因,一是工作制度不健全,二是主体实施不到位,三是整体效果不理想。笔者提出以下对策:一是以"乡村振兴"为突破口,加强农村经济发展与思想政治教育的结合;二是以"精准扶贫"为抓手,加强农村思想政治教育内容和方法的创新;三是以"党建促脱贫"为引领,加强农村思想政治教育队伍建设。
In the context of“targeted poverty alleviation”,there are some existing problems of formalization,interest-orientation,and laggard team construction in the ideological and political education of Lianxi village.The causes of those problems are:the working system is not sound;the implement subject is not in place;the whole effect is not satisfactory.This paper puts forward some countermeasures for those problems as follow:taking“village revitalizing”as the key point to strengthen the combination of rural economic development and ideological and political education;taking“targeted poverty alleviation”as the tool to strengthen the innovation of the content and methods of ideological and political education;taking“Party-construction promoting poverty alleviation”as the guidance to strengthen the team construction of rural ideological and political education.
