摘要
钙钛矿薄膜的形貌以及结晶性影响器件的光电性能,而薄膜的形貌以及结晶性与溶剂、添加剂以及浓度等因素有关。采用常用的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)以及二甲基亚砜(DMSO)3种溶剂配制成一步前驱体钙钛矿溶液,通过滴涂方式在空气中制备介观结构的钙钛矿太阳能电池。研究发现,使用GBL作为溶剂时,电池的填充效果最好,且获得的光电转换效率最高,达到3.7%。结合扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)测试方法,分析在不同溶剂中钙钛矿薄膜的结晶形貌和机理的差异,以及在介观结构中一步前驱体溶液填充效果对于电池性能的影响。
The morphology and crystallinity of the perovskite film affect the photoelectric properties of the device,while they are related to the factors,such as solvent,additive and concentration.A one-step precursor perovskite solution was formed by using three commonly used N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),γ-butyrolactone(GBL)and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),and then dropping it to prepare the mesoporous perovskite solar cells in the air.The study found that when using GBL as solvent,the filling effect of the battery was the best,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was the highest,reaching 3.7%.The crystal morphology and mechanism of perovskite thin films in different solvents were analyzed by SEM,XRD and UV-Vis methods,and the effect of one-step precursor solution filling on the cell performance in the mesoscopic structure was also in-vestigated.
